Atmosphere

The camp embodies the logic of comfortable bivouacking, set apart from large lodges. Tents are connected by footpaths, with no heavy fencing: wildlife passes nearby, and nocturnal sounds — hyena calls, distant lions — form an integral part of your stay. When to stay

The Serengeti can be visited year-round, but the Great Migration calendar guides your choice of season. Between December and March, herds concentrate in the south of the park for the calving season. From June to August, they move north and cross the rivers — the most spectacular window. The dry season (June to October) remains generally the best for wildlife viewing, with low vegetation and water points that draw the fauna.
